THE SIXTH COMMANDMENT: “Thou shalt not kill.”

June 7 2020

FROM YOUR PASTOR’S DESK:

THE SIXTH COMMANDMENT:  “Thou shalt not kill.” Exo. 20: 13; Deut. 5: 17; Matt. 5: 21,22, KJV.

O if only men would understand the spiritual magnification of this commandment (and the rest of the nine), the nation and mankind would not be suffering all the prejudice, racial hatred and killings hemorrhaging society today!

“Whosoever HATETH his brother is a MURDERER: and you know no murderer has life in him.” 1 John 3:15. “The spirit of hatred and revenge originated with Satan: and it led him to put to death [thru his combined Jewish and Roman agencies] the Son of God. Whoever cherishes MALICE or UNKINDNESS is cherishing the same spirit; and its fruit will be unto death. In the REVENGEFUL THOUGHT the evil deed lies enfolded, as the plant in the seed.” E. G. White, Mount of Blessing, p.89.

How France, One of the Ten Toes of the Western Roman Empire Fulfilled Very Specific Prophecies

FRIDAY MORNING MANNA

How France, One of the Ten Toes of the Western Roman Empire Fulfilled Very Specific Prophecies

QUOTE OF THE WEEK:

“Those who make war on heaven make graves for themselves.”

– George Storrs, Midnight Cry, 1843.

The forty and two months of Rev. 11: 2 is the same prophetic period denoted as “three days and a half.” Rev. 11: 11. A day in prophetic time is equivalent to a literal year of 360 days. That we have amply shown earlier in (a) the reckoning of flood in Genesis and (2) the time prophecies of Daniel and Revelation, all within and ending on the year 1844 of the 2300-day prophecy of Daniel 8: 14.

Biblical Numerology: NUMBER TWO – Part XXVII

THE TWO WITNESSES REVIVED AND RESTORED – Part VIII

After three days and a half the Spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them. Revelation 11: 10, K.J.V.

The historian George Storrs, quoted in Daniel and the Revelation, Uriah Smith, says that:

“But ‘the triumphing of the wicked is short;’ so was it in France, for their war on the Bible and Christianity had well-nigh swallowed them all up.  The set out to destroy Christ’s ‘two witnesses,’ but they filled Franc with blood and horror, so that they were horror-struck at the result of their wicked deeds, and were glad to remove their impious hands from the Bible.’ – Midnight Cry, May 14, 1843, Vol. IX, Nos. 5, 6, p. 47.
