Unbroken Apostolic Succession of the Papacy?
According to Webster’s Student Edition Dictionary (1976), papacy includes four things: “1. the position or authority of the pope 2. the period during which the pope rules 3. the line of succession of popes 4. the government of the Roman Catholic Church, headed by the pope.” It is important to remember these 4-point definition whenever referring to the papacy. Moreover, it is essential to remember that not one single or any particular pope is the papacy or the beast, even the president is the presidency or a senator the senate itself, etc. This would expose many false interpretations. For instance, while he was still alive, it was claimed that Pope John Paul (the first Polish pope) was the “last pope,” who was allegedly going to usher in the “New World Order” for the Church of Rome, with Gorbachev for Russia, and George Bush Sr. for America!

Obedience is the highest form of worship. Mankind’s final test and war will be over the issue of religious liberty and worship not over oil or water. I strongly encourage everyone to study and/or review The Great Controversy by Ellen G. White and her other books of the Conflict of the Ages series by quoting extensively from chapter 25, “God’s Law Immutable” below. It exposes that fears of Shariah law, Muslim takeover of the world, Russia, China, North Korea, and a nuclear “Third World war,” etc. are misplaced.

Pope Francis Asks Forgiveness for Catholic Church’s Persecution of the Waldenses.
“Pope Francis asked forgiveness on Monday for the Roman Catholic Church’s ‘non-Christian and inhumane’ treatment in the past of the Waldensians, a tiny Protestant movement the Vatican tried to exterminate in the 15th century. Francis made his plea during the first ever visit by a pope to a Waldensian temple on the second day of a trip to Italy’s northern Piedmont region, the centre of the Waldensian Church, which has only 30, 000 followers worldwide.
“While the movement is miniscule compared to the 1.2 billion Roman Catholic Church, the gesture is part of Francis’ drive to promote Christian unity and it has taken on added significance ahead of the 500th Anniversary of the Protestant Reformation in 2017. ‘On behalf of the Catholic Church, I ask forgiveness for the un-Christian and even inhumane positions and actions taken against you historically, he said. ‘In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, forgive us!’

The third angel’s message of Revelation 14 calls attention to the Ten Commandments, the true Sabbath; directs minds to the most holy place of the heavenly sanctuary where Christ our High Priest is closing up His work of mediation and pre-advent judgment, and is “justification by faith in verity.” It also includes this assignment: “In the very time which we live, the Lord has called His people and has given them a message to bear. He has called them to expose the wickedness of the man of sin who has made the Sunday law a distinctive power, who has thought to change times and laws, and to oppress the people of God who stand firmly to honor Him by keeping the only true Sabbath, the Sabbath of creation, as holy unto the Lord.” –E.G. April 11, 2015: Pope Frances issued a Misercordiae Vultus—BULL OF INDICTION OF THE EXTRAORDINARY JUBILEE OF MERCY (Multimedia) which declares to the Roman Catholic Church’s votaries worldwide that their Holy Year called the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception, will open on December 2015, eight months from today.
