The Master Prophecy of the Bible Predicts Only Four World Empires

 

While Daniel 8: 14 is the Bible’s master prophecy, the mother of all prophecies and promises and the seed of the everlasting gospel (Gen. 3: 15; Rev. 14: 6-7) with its comprehensive plan of redemption was in the Creator’s declaration to Satan, disguised as a serpent, and to Eve who had first yielded, then herself became an agent of temptation by inducing her husband to follow her example in disobeying the command of the Creator. They failed the very first test of faith, love, and loyalty through unquestioning and willing obedience. The highest form of worship and adoration is loving obedience, not elaborate and high ceremonies or effusive lip service!

See Revelation 13: 11-17.  Not too long ago, in 1888, a national religious crisis unfolded  in the land of the free presaging what will be the real final national crisis that will result in the final global crisis, completely fulfilling the remaining end-times Bible prophecy.      “I saw the necessity of the messengers [pastors, evangelists, Bible teachers] especially, watching and checking all fanaticism wherever they may see it rise. Satan is pressing in on every side, and unless we watch for him, and have our eyes open to his devices and snares, and have on the whole armor of God [Eph. 6: 1-18], the fiery darts of the wicked one will hit us.

     “There are many precious truths contained in the Word of God, but it is ‘present truth’ that the flock [remnant church] needs now. I have seen the dangers of the messengers running off from the important points of present truth, to dwell upon subjects that are not calculated to unite the flock and sanctify the soul. Satan will here take every possible advantage to injure the soul.

See Romans 2: 25-29 first. Here Apostle Paul settles once and for all the issue as to who the spiritual Jew is. As the Passover, first observed on the last night of their Egyptian bondage, the first of their three annual festivals, began with the birth of the Hebrew nation, New Testament Christianity, which Christ introduced, replacing Old Testament Judaism, grew rapidly from the Day of Pentecost. The Jewish apostasy made the work of the first apostles especially difficult. The first bitter persecutors of Christ and His followers were the Jewish people led by their spiritual leaders.

For the scope and profound nature of the subjects, this pamphlet is concise and comprehensive.  It quickly answers questions which have puzzled many Bible students into either giving up further study or taking up Futurism which discards God’s system of enlargement, i.e., type-antitype,  “comparing scripture with scripture,” studying it “line upon line, here a little there a little” (Isa. 28: 9-13). The Bible, through the guidance of the Holy Spirit is its own expositor, not church teachings based on man’s philosophies and traditions. TIME-SETTING AFTER 1844 HAVE, AND WILL FAIL IN PREDICTIONS (Continued)  

     Where there is no vision, the people perish. Prov. 29: 18. Ellen Gould Harmon (Nov. 26, 1827-July 16, 1915) and twin sister, Elizabeth, was born in Gorham, Maine, and reared in the faith of the Methodist Episcopal Church. She had great ambitions to be a scholar at a young age but  was injured at 9 years old. At the age of 12 she enrolled in a ladies’ seminary but was unable to continue due to ill health. A minister’s reading of Acts 12 greatly impressed her at that time. In 1840 she heard William Miller lecture for the first time at Portland, Maine.

In the summer of 1840 she attended a Methodist camp meeting and found Christ at that occasion and was taken into the Methodist Church on probation. In June 1841 she listened to a lecture by Miller again. She also became was convinced that that Biblical method of baptism is by immersion, not sprinkling—a pagan practice. In June 26, 1841 a Methodist minister baptized her into the Methodist Episcopal Church.
