CNN Polling Director, Jennifer Agiesta reports:

      “Donald Trump will become president Friday [today] with an approval rating of just 40%, according to a new CNN/ORC Poll, the lowest of any recent president and 44 points below that of President Barack Obama, the 44th president.  Following the tumultuous transition period, approval ratings for Trump’s handling of the transition are more than 20 points below those for any of his three most recent predecessors. . . . Despite these declines, many Americans remain confident that Trump will achieve several signature campaign promises . . .”

When Faith, Hope, Grace, and Prayer Become Unnecessary

Till we are eternally secure and beyond 1) Satan’s unnumbered schemes, subtle and alluring temptations “perfected” through six thousand years of diabolical craftiness for these closing hours of  probation 2) the cumulative sinful weaknesses and propensities reinforced in the fallen human nature through the power of heredity and exacerbated by nurturing indulgence instead of self-denial—we absolutely need these four essentials provided by the plan of redemption:faith, hope, grace, and prayer.

The Master Prophecy of the Bible Predicts Only Four World Empires

 

While Daniel 8: 14 is the Bible’s master prophecy, the mother of all prophecies and promises and the seed of the everlasting gospel (Gen. 3: 15; Rev. 14: 6-7) with its comprehensive plan of redemption was in the Creator’s declaration to Satan, disguised as a serpent, and to Eve who had first yielded, then herself became an agent of temptation by inducing her husband to follow her example in disobeying the command of the Creator. They failed the very first test of faith, love, and loyalty through unquestioning and willing obedience. The highest form of worship and adoration is loving obedience, not elaborate and high ceremonies or effusive lip service!
