Is the Protestantism still alive 500 years after its birth?
We resume from where we left off last week on “The Three-fold Union of Protestantism, Romanism, and Spiritualism” and focus on the Protestant Reformation and where it is today. There are alternating sad and happy news. But our omniscient and omnipotent Lord and Savior, “the Alpha and Omega,” “the same yesterday, today, and forever” has promised eternal deliverance.

What is the right faith we must now possess while Christ is closing up His work of atonement in the most holy in heaven simultaneous with the work on earth in preparation for the close of probation, followed immediately by Christ’s glorious second coming?

“God, who at various times and in different ways spoke in time past to fathers by the prophets, has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds. Hebrews 1: 1, 2, N.K.J.V.”
The different ways God spoke in time past include three specific mediums by which He communicated His will for the nation during the first and last theocratic form of human church government on earth till He returns to eternally install His kingdom of glory in the earth-made-new.

As important as the church is, being the apple of His eye (Deut. 32: 10; Ps. 17: 8; Zech 2: 8); the body of Christ (Eph. 1: 22, 23), the bride of Christ (Eph. 5: 22–32 ), the pillar and ground of truth (1 Tim. 3: 15); the flock (Acts 20: 28; 1 Pet. 5: 2); the household of God ( 1 Pet. 4: 7);the Israel of God (Gal. 6: 16); spiritual house; the house of God (1 Pet. 2: 5; 4: 17); the spiritual kingdom (Gal. 4: 26); spiritual Mount Zion (Heb. 12: 22); the Lamb’s wife (Rev. 19: 7), etc.,
the choices made finally resulting in ultimate salvation or eternal damnation are, until probation closes, is individual.

Three Fundamentals of ‘Present Truth’ Unites Flock & Sanctifies Soul
“I saw the necessity of the messengers [pastors, evangelists, Bible teachers] especially, watching and checking all fanaticism wherever they may see it rise. Satan is pressing in on every side, and unless we watch for him, and have our eyes open to his devices and snares, and have on the whole armor of God [Eph. 6: 1-18], the fiery darts of the wicked one will hit us.
“There are many precious truths contained in the Word of God, but it is ‘present truth’ that the flock [remnant church] needs now. I have seen the dangers of the messengers running off from the important points of present truth, to dwell upon subjects that are not calculated to unite the flock and sanctify the soul. Satan will here take every possible advantage to injure the soul.

‘The Three Stricts and Three Earnests’
The above slogan—one of the many numerical designations in Chinese politics, refers to being strict in morals, power, and discipline, as well as honesty in decisions, business, and behavior. Seehttp://news.yahoo.com/china-xi-warns-communist-colleagues.
Doubtless these are noble aspirations and standards to aim for this New Year 2016, not only by Chinese politicians but all political leaders of all nations of the world. However, it leaves out the only way by which and whom mankind can achieve them literally and spiritually: Jesus Christ the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father in heaven except through Him. John 14: 6. Thus this slogan will remain consigned to the dustbin of quotable yet unachievable quotes. If it does not bring about heart transformation, it is mere assent to the truth, a popular self-deception.
