Lest We Forget What Right Really Matters at the End

FRIDAY MORNING MANNA

Biblical Numerology: NUMBER FOUR & FORTY– Part XII

Lest We Forget What Right Really Matters at the End

Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Florida Representative, who suddenly resigned as DNC chairwoman after a trove of emails showed party officials conspiring to sabotage the campaign of Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont, was quoted, saying, “the most sacred right we share as Americans [is] the right to vote.”

But according to Bible prophecy, church history of the Old World, and American history that saw its birth in the New World, the most sacred right every human being shares across the racial, cultural, political, financial, particularly religious divisions, globally, is the divinely-endowed, thus, inalienable right to worship God according to the dictates of conscience! Have we forgotten so soon?

Spiritual Liberty Not Legal Tolerance

 Spiritual Liberty Not Legal Tolerance

MAIN QUOTE FOR THIS ISSUE: “What other nations call religious tolerance, we call religious rights. They are not exercised in virtue of governmental indulgence, but as rights, of which government cannot deprive any portion of citizens, however small. Despotic power may invade those rights, but justice still confirms

The Dragon, Beast, and His Image

FRIDAY MORNING MANNA

Biblical Numerology: NUMBER THREE- Part XLI

The Dragon, Beast, and His Image

The true ground of divine worship, not of the seventh day merely, but of all worship, is found in the distinction between the Creator and His creatures.

This great fact can never become obsolete, and must never be forgotten.

 J. N. Andrews, “History of the Sabbath,” ch. 27.

Obedience is the highest form of worship. Mankind’s final test and war will be over the issue of religious liberty and worship not over oil or water. I strongly encourage everyone to study and/or review The Great Controversy by Ellen G. White and her other books of the Conflict of the Ages series by quoting extensively from chapter 25, “God’s Law Immutable” below. It exposes that fears of Shariah law, Muslim takeover of the world, Russia, China, North Korea, and a nuclear “Third World war,” etc. are misplaced.

What Evangelical Protestants Owe the German Princes?

FRIDAY MORNING MANNA

Biblical Numerology: NUMBER THREE- Part XXVIII

What Evangelical Protestants Owe the German Princes?

To think that God acts in history by the intermediary of political actions of man, revolutionary or conservative, is the complete opposite of hope.- Jacques Ellul.

Ellen G. White in her book Great Controversy (1911 ed.), “Protest of the Princes” ch. 11, quoted below, reminds the remainder of evangelical Protestants of the epic history of the heroic struggle the vastly outnumbered German princes put up in refusing to compromise with Rome in the sixteenth century so that in this 21st century, Christianity is still enjoying religious freedom and free access to God’s Word where over a thousand years these were treated as heresies punishable by some of the worst forms of torture invented through the Office of the Inquisition.

PERVERSION OF LIBERTY AND REASON – Part VII

First this: The New York Times reports that recent studies show that the percentage of Protestant Americans is in steep decline:

“For the first times since researchers began tracking the religious identity of Americans, fewer than half said they were Protestants, a steep decline from 40 years ago when Protestant churches claimed the loyalty of more than two-thirds of the population. A new study released . . . by the Pew Forum on Religion and Public Life found that it was not just liberal mainline Protestants, like Methodists and Episcopalians, who abandoned their faith, but also more conservative evangelical and ‘born again’ Protestants.

The losses were among white Protestants, but not among black or minority Protestants, the study found, based on surveys conducted this summer. When they leave, instead of switching churches, they join the growing ranks who do not identify with any religion. Nearly one in five Americans say they are atheist, agnostic, or ‘nothing in particular.’” www.nytimes/2012/10/10/us/study-finds-that-percentage of-protestant-americans-is declining.
